Scope
of Garage Pressure WashTwo men will arrive at convenient hours with Landa pressure wash equipment and a high velocity backpack blower.They will perform as follows:
1. Starting on top level and working down, the oil and transmission stains on the concrete parking spaces would be blown clean with backpack blower.
2. A solution of degreaser will be applied to each chemical stain.
3. After a 30 minute dwell time on of the soap, each oil stain would be pressure washed as
clean as possible with hot (180 degrees) water pressured at 3000psi.
4. All oily water to be vacuumed up and removed.
5. After concrete oil stains have been cleaned, a white rag can be wiped over it to show no
surface oil, after 12 hours a slight oil stain will appear because of the porous nature of the concrete.
